Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and development projects across the country. It is about pooling your capital with that of other investors to join real estate projects that would otherwise be out of reach on an individual basis.

Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once construction is completed and the established objectives are met, the profits are distributed among all participants proportionally to the amount of their investment.
